SINGAPORE : Two local personalities have been called in by the Central Narcotics Bureau for urine tests and are awaiting the test results expected next Friday. One of them is former DJ Sheik Haikel, and the other is Channel NewsAsia presenter Cheryl Fox.

In response to queries, the CNB said the two are suspected to have consumed a controlled drug. Ms Fox confirmed that she is assisting with the investigations. As the matter now lies with the authorities, Ms Fox's employer, MediaCorp News, says it could not comment further apart from saying that she is currently on leave. - CNA
