well, this weekend was a nice one. let me give a 3 day spiel reminscent of Jane my europe tour guide. On friday, i had night call actually, but i also had a farewell/birthday party for my friend since RI/RJ/BMT FCS! So i went out of the hospital and joined him for his party at fish and co @ the glass house. Ha, on the way there, there was another disaster in the form of a present crisis. But well, it was solved at esprit and fox. And i came back for an uneventful night call at AH.

On saturday, it was the big day, Aow's Farewell. Ok short spiel on him but i have known him since secondary 1 thus he is really a big big friend to say bye bye to but also, it doesn't seem like i am saying bye bye, just a temp absence of 3 months. Well, we went to Garibaldi's at Purvis Street. That famous italian joint that is also one of Singapore's Best Restaurants. And guess what, after the fiasco that was Jaan the other day, today's meal was nothing short of a surprise. It was a set meal, so i wasn't expecting much of a filling meal but surprisingly it is rather good. It was filling with very good service considering that we were poor students masquerading in a rich birkin filled place. Then after garibaldi's we went to COMEX. Oh my goodness, its such a mess and its so full of people. No wonder i prefer shopping at Hermes. Anyway, i got my new PalmOne LifeDrive Mobile Manager there. Ok my parents got it for me, was there to help Aow shop for his DVD-RW and other peripherals. Then we went to this designer fragrance/cosmetic sale and it was not bad in fact. There were things like Zirh, Phytomer, Korres, Decleor, Penhaligons, Annick Goutal on sale. I bought something cheap from Zirh. Its not bad i must say cos it went for 8 bucks. If only i had been to this sale a lot earlier, i might have gotten more things for so cheap. Anyway since Zj and Aow had to leave, i headed off to orchard by myself, hoping to find some salvation in Birkenstocks. My last pair of sandals collapsed on me a few years ago and i was hoping that this could be the next pair but i only managed to try them on but nothing seemed nice enough so i decided not to splurge on them.

Now comes the highlight of the day. Hermes. Yes I finally went to Hermes to get my lovely tie. I am so in love with that print of rocking horses. Ahhhh, well the sales assistants were very nice. In fact i think i shall be a loyal customer of Hermes cos the stuff there is so nice and so good. I think my next purchase shall be another tie. It is so hard to find good things elsewhere cos you have to search like crazy where as in Hermes, the nice things are already so many. I think my next tie purchase will be another Hermes one, cos the prices of other ties are skyrocketing. Gucci had a 50 dollar increase man. And i don't quite like gucci ties cos its hard to match. Prada is interesting but hard to match too. Louis vuitton keeps on increasing their prices. Bvlgari has very nice ties too, but i think the Hermes ones are the best value for money. Oh well, i think i shall post the Hermes Tie that i want currently. So beautiful.

Sunday, i was supposed to do many things today like collect the warcraft cds and the football manager cds and the board game and visit william at zouk but the rain spoilt it all. Haven't been to the gym lately, feeling flabby. I think i shall do some home workout later. Must keep in tip top shape, so i can burn off every good food i eat at alexandra village. Ha. I love this light from ikea though, reminds me of something i saw at Garibaldi's. So nice!
